Passionate about helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential through strategic consulting, executive coaching, and transformational leadership development.
Benjamín is a bilingual leader and consultant with 30 years of experience across hotels, cruise ships, country clubs, restaurants, and consulting, with a consistent focus on service excellence, team development, and operational performance. He built his professional foundation in the hospitality industry, where those principles aren't optional, they're the standard.
Throughout his career, Benjamín witnessed the same gap repeated across organizations: new supervisors and ambitious leaders being promoted without the practical tools they need to succeed. He founded High Success Consulting to close that gap, one leader at a time.
His approach is hands-on, client-centered, and people-driven. Every consulting engagement is custom-crafted to the client's goals, culture, and stage of growth.
